Who we are

Repbound (“Repbound”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI cold-call practice product for salespeople. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and a hashed password, or the identifier returned by your third-party sign-in provider (e.g. Google).
  • Profile data: the fields you choose to complete on the profile setup screen — full name, current role, years of sales experience, industry, primary goal, and optional LinkedIn URL and short bio. Completing your profile is optional.
  • Practice data: the audio you speak during a practice call is streamed to our voice AI provider (Retell AI) to generate the AI buyer’s replies. We store the resulting transcript and the outcome (meeting booked, hung up, incomplete) against your account so you can review your history.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe session identifier, the amount paid, the tier purchased, and your billing email. We do not store card details.
  • Essential cookies: a session cookie for sign-in, a cookie-consent cookie so we don’t re-prompt you, and Stripe-controlled cookies during checkout.

Why we collect it

  • To create and secure your account and deliver the practice service you paid for.
  • To help you review your own performance over time (call history and transcripts).
  • To inform, in future, whether your track record and stated goals could match a paid meeting-booking opportunity if we introduce one. Repbound does not currently match reps to opportunities.
  • To meet our legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention, responding to lawful requests).

How long we keep it

  • Account and profile data: for as long as your account is active, then up to 30 days after deletion.
  • Call transcripts and outcomes: kept with your account; you can request deletion at any time.
  • Billing records: kept for 7 years to meet UK/EU accounting rules.

Who we share it with

  • Retell AI — powers the live voice call and transcription.
  • Stripe — processes payments.
  • Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
  • Lovable Cloud — hosts the Repbound application.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can request that we:

  • Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Port your data to another service.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@repbound.xyz. We aim to respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

Repbound currently uses only essential cookies. We do not run analytics or marketing trackers. If we ever add them, you will be asked for consent first through the cookie banner on the site.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
